Custom Software

Custom software, web apps and mobile apps

We build the software your business runs on, in accounts you own, and we finish builds that stalled when a developer left.

For: Teams running on spreadsheets, disconnected tools, or an app build that stalled.

Three ways people usually find us

Your build stalled

A developer left, or the app hasn’t shipped an update in months, and nobody can tell you what’s actually done.

A spreadsheet runs the business

It started as a quick sheet. Now three people edit it, nobody fully trusts it, and the business stops if it breaks.

Your tools don’t talk to each other

The same customer gets typed into four systems, and the numbers never quite match.

What we do

What we build

Web apps and portals

  • Client and customer portals
  • Booking and ordering flows
  • Dashboards that pull from the tools you already use

Mobile apps

  • iOS and Android apps with Expo and React Native
  • Native iOS with SwiftUI when it fits
  • App Store and Google Play listings in your name

Internal tools

  • Custom CRMs
  • Scheduling, dispatch and job tracking tools
  • Admin tools that replace spreadsheets

Integrations

  • Middleware between the tools you already pay for
  • Data syncing so records match everywhere
  • Webhooks and APIs for systems that need to talk

Entry point 1

Your build stalled

A developer left, or the app hasn’t shipped in months. We start by assessing what’s actually finished, piece by piece, before anyone talks about price.

You get a plain written account of what works, what’s half-built and what’s missing, plus what it would take to finish. Then you decide.

  • We took over an abandoned Next.js, Expo and Convex codebase that came with an empty handoff, assessed what was actually finished, and shipped the missing AI trip-planning feature in about a week. It is now on maintenance.

Entry point 2

The spreadsheet that runs the business

Internal tools, portals, dashboards and custom CRMs that replace spreadsheets and legacy tools.

We price per phase, and the first phase runs alongside your current process, so nothing stops while we build.

Entry point 3

Systems that don’t talk to each other

Integrations and middleware between the tools you already use. Services we’ve built integrations against include Google Ads, Meta, Twilio, Stripe, Convex, Google Places, Notion, GA4 and call tracking.

Field-service and accounting platforms like ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro and QuickBooks are ones we’ve scoped. We’ll confirm what their APIs allow for your case before quoting.

Stack

Standard tools, so you’re never stuck with us

  • Next.js and React for web apps
  • Supabase and Postgres for data
  • Stripe for payments
  • Expo / React Native and SwiftUI for mobile

How it works

From first call to running.

  1. 01

    Assess or discover

A stalled build gets an assessment. A new build starts with paid discovery to map exactly what to build.

  2. 02

    Scope in phases

Each phase has its own scope, price and finish line.

  3. 03

    Build alongside you

The first phase runs next to your current process. You see working software early.

  4. 04

    Hand off

Code, accounts and documentation in your name. Optional upkeep after that.

What you own

It's yours. All of it.

Own your repo, your hosting, your domain, and your App Store and Google Play developer accounts in your own name. It’s the most common thing missing on a stalled project, and we set it up that way from day one.

What we've built

Work, described plainly

A travel-planning startup

Took over an abandoned Next.js, Expo and Convex codebase, assessed it, and shipped the missing AI trip-planning feature in about a week. How it works

CollegeThoughts

A phased build for a college prep firm: a website chatbot, a Facebook DM workflow feeding one lead tracker, and an operations hub fed from Google Sheets. How it works

Pricing

Fixed-fee. Scoped up front.

Every project is fixed-fee and phased. You get a written scope and an exact price after a short call, before any work starts.

Custom + Discovery

A custom app, portal, or multi-system build. Paid discovery first.

$15,000 – $75,000+ · 8–12+ weeks

Smaller, focused builds come in under that range.

Optional upkeep after launch: Monitoring $50/mo · Active Optimization $150/mo · Own It $0/mo.

FAQ

Common questions

A developer left mid-build. Can you take it over?

Yes. We start with an assessment of what’s actually finished before talking about price. You get a written account of what works, what’s half-built and what’s missing.

What do you need to assess a stalled app?

Access to the code repository if you have it, the app store listings, and whatever handoff notes exist. If you don’t have repo access, that’s the first thing we help you get back.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do. The repo, hosting, domain and app store developer accounts are set up in your name. We work inside them.

Do you build mobile apps?

Yes. Cross-platform apps with Expo and React Native, and native iOS with SwiftUI when that’s the better fit.

How is pricing structured?

New builds start with paid discovery, then each phase is priced on its own. Typical custom builds run $15,000–$75,000+, and smaller focused builds come in under that.

Can you integrate with ServiceTitan, Jobber or QuickBooks?

We’ve scoped integrations with these platforms. What’s possible depends on their APIs and your plan level, so we confirm it for your situation before quoting.

Do you maintain the software after launch?

If you want us to. Upkeep plans are optional, and support is also available hourly. Because you own everything, you can hand it to someone else too.

Find out what’s actually finished.

Tell us where things stand. You get a plain answer on whether we can help and what it would take.
