AI operations and software for professional services firms

Insurance agencies, accounting firms, staffing companies and public adjusters run on files: intake, documents, follow-ups and deadlines. The work that eats the day usually isn’t the expert work. It’s the chasing, sorting and retyping around it.

What we usually hear

Intake arrives every way at once

Email, phone, web forms and texts, each one entered by hand into the system you actually use.

Chasing documents

Half the job is asking clients for the same missing paperwork, then filing it when it finally arrives.

Status questions all day

“Where are we on my file?” Each answer means stopping work to look it up.

Seasonal crunches

Tax season, renewal periods or claim surges stretch the same team every year.

Where we stop

We automate the paperwork, not the judgment

We don’t build systems that make legal, underwriting or clinical decisions. We automate the work around those decisions: intake, document collection, reminders, data entry and status updates. Your professionals stay in charge of the calls that need a professional.

For sensitive client data, we build on infrastructure that fits your obligations and keep everything in accounts you own.

FAQ

Common questions

How do you handle sensitive client data?

Everything runs in accounts you own, on SOC 2 Type II–audited infrastructure, with access limited to what the work needs. For anything stricter, we can keep data on infrastructure you control.

Can AI read the documents clients send us?

It can pull details from forms, PDFs and emails into your systems, with a person reviewing anything that matters. It doesn’t make decisions on the file.

Do you build client portals?

Yes: secure places for clients to upload documents, see where their file stands and get reminders, built in your accounts.

Will it work with the software we already use?

Usually. We check what your existing systems allow before quoting, and build around them rather than asking you to switch.

Where do we start?

With the capacity check, or a two-week audit inside the team that feels the crunch most.

Start with something free.

Yours to keep whether or not we ever work together. Or book a short call and tell us where things stand.
