FAQ

Common questions

People ask ChatGPT about EV charger installs. How does it pick an electrician?

It looks for businesses that clearly do that job in that area: a page about EV charger installation, reviews that mention it, listings that agree with each other. A general “residential and commercial electrical” page doesn’t tell it you install chargers.

We install standby generators too. Does that need its own page?

If it’s work you want more of, yes. People search for generator installs separately from general electrical work, and they want to know what’s involved and whether you cover their town. The same goes for panel upgrades and rewiring.

Does it matter if our name and phone are written differently in different places?

It can. If your listings say “ABC Electric” on one site and “ABC Electrical Services LLC” with another number on the next, it’s harder for a tool to be sure they’re all you. Pick one version and use it everywhere, and show your license number on your site.

If we fix what the check finds, how soon would we show up?

Nobody can promise that, and anyone who does is guessing. Tools that search the web can pick up changes once they read your pages again; others update less often. What you can control is making the right facts easy to find, and checking again in a few weeks.
